We have a 30-day return policy. To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging. You will need to provide proof of purchase. For items shipped to the European Union, a 14-day cooling-off period applies.

Shipping times vary based on the selected method. Standard shipping typically takes 5-14 business days, while expedited shipping is faster but incurs additional charges. International shipping is also available to select countries, with delivery times varying by destination.

If your watch arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Provide photos of the damaged item and packaging so we can evaluate the issue and assist you accordingly.

To exchange a watch, the fastest method is to return the item you currently have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new model. Please refer to our returns policy for more details.
